Entry-Level Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

Part-Time, Full-Time, Contract

Qualifications:


  • Current certification as RBT or willingness to obtain within 90 days

  • Knowledge of ABA principles

  • Ability to pass a Level 2 background check

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members, families, and other professionals

  • Commitment to ethical, high quality care

  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations

  • At least 1 year of experience providing ABA therapy (required)

  • Associate or Bachelor’s in psychology, education, or a related field (preferred)

  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavior reduction strategies

  • Ability to pass a Level 2 background check

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members, families, and other professionals

  • Commitment to ethical, high quality care

  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations

Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

Part-Time, Full-Time, Contract

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification (required)

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

  • Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities

  • At least 1 year of BCBA experience (preferred, but newly certified BCBAs are welcome to apply)

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Knowledge of electronic data collection systems (preferred)

  • Commitment to ethical, high quality care

  • Ability to pass a Level 2 background check

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members, families, and other professionals

  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations as needed
