Entry-Level Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Part-Time, Full-Time, Contract
Qualifications:
Current certification as RBT or willingness to obtain within 90 days
Knowledge of ABA principles
Ability to pass a Level 2 background check
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with team members, families, and other professionals
Commitment to ethical, high quality care
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations

At least 1 year of experience providing ABA therapy (required)
Associate or Bachelor’s in psychology, education, or a related field (preferred)
Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavior reduction strategies
Ability to pass a Level 2 background check
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with team members, families, and other professionals
Commitment to ethical, high quality care
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations

Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
Part-Time, Full-Time, Contract
Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification (required)
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
At least 1 year of BCBA experience (preferred, but newly certified BCBAs are welcome to apply)
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Knowledge of electronic data collection systems (preferred)
Commitment to ethical, high quality care
Ability to pass a Level 2 background check
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members, families, and other professionals
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations as needed
