Our Story

Founded in 2018 from a deep passion for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a commitment to making a difference, Reaching Hands Behavioral Services is dedicated to transforming lives through personalized ABA services, therapy, and treatment plans. We firmly believe that every individual deserves the chance to thrive, and we take pride in being a trusted partner on our clients' journey to success.

Sandrine Cameron

Founder & Behavior Analyst

Sandrine Cameron is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and founder of Reaching Hands Behavioral Services. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience, a Master’s degree in Education, and a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).


Sandrine has more than 14 years of experience working with children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities and has been a BCBA for over 7 years now. Prior to her BCBA certification, she was an Exceptional Student Education (ESE) teacher and a Behavior Specialist. Since obtaining her BCBA certification, Sandrine has held clinical and supervisory roles including serving as Regional Director while providing ABA services for clients in various counties throughout Central Florida, working as a consultant in Lake County Public Schools in Florida , and working as a school-based BCBA in Red Clay Consolidated School District in Wilmington, Delaware.


Though she has worked with children and adults with diverse needs in a variety of settings, including clinic, school/daycare, home, and intensive residential programs, Sandrine is passionate about her work with children and adolescents with autism and related developmental disabilities and always strives to provide quality ABA therapy for her clients.
